Drift & Brew is a small Sydney mobile café with a big soft spot for good coffee, a little ube and the people who make it all happen. Open roles are listed below when applications are open.
What it's like with us
We're a small team that works out of our purple mobile café at markets, workplaces and events around Metropolitan Sydney. Days can start early and finish after pack-down, and every shift is hands-on — serving coffee, looking after customers and keeping the setup tidy and safe.

Opportunities
Casual Barista — On Call
We're expanding our casual on-call pool.
Make great coffee and look after customers on our mobile café — casual on-call cover as a second barista for daily runs and markets/events across Greater Sydney. You'll also help train and guide newer team members on shift.
We're building a pooled casual on-call bench across Greater Sydney (including the north-west), so shifts can be offered close to you as work comes up.
Classified under the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 (MA000003). Casual pay at the Award minimum for the role — see Fair Work Ombudsman pay rates (fairwork.gov.au).
